SPY Award Nominations Needed

We need nominations for this years SPY award. The SPY Award is giving annually at the Western New York Safety Conference to recognize a member of ASSE WNY Chapter who has made outstanding contributions in the field of Safety, Health or Environmental. Nominations need to be in writing - please use attached form and "E" mail to Bo Burghardt or Brett Carruthers. Deadline for nominations will be at the ASSE meeting in March.
